Need improvement in CJ Logistics services.
In general, CJDropshipping is a reliable supplier and I am also one of them who choose their service as a 'Newbie' for a few reasons such as their competitive pricing, efficient product image sourcing method, and notably, their fast-shipping time (excluding processing time) as stated on their 'Website's Homepage'. Here I found some Cons after using their service... 1. Shipping Delays: The logistics team and shipping time after an order has been dispatched can be problematic, especially with CJPacket Fast Ordinary/CJPacket Fast US/CJPacket Ordinary shipping methods. Many customers have experienced significant delays of 5-6 days beyond the estimated shipping time provided on the website. This delay can cause frustration and disappointment for customers who expect their orders to arrive promptly. 2. Inventory Updating: CJDropshipping lacks regular updates on their product stock inventory. This leads to processing delays on occasions, as customers may unknowingly place orders for products that are out of stock. This can result in delays in fulfilling orders and potentially dissatisfied customers who have to wait longer than expected to receive their products. 3. Additional Fees for Oversized Products: Customers have reported being charged additional fees for "oversized product size" after a few days of placing their orders. This practice is perceived as unfair and can negatively impact profit margins for both the customers and the dropshippers. Unexpected charges can lead to financial strain and customer dissatisfaction, as the additional costs were not anticipated at the time of purchase. 4. Late Tracking Updates: The tracking numbers provided by CJDropshipping often show delayed updates, with the tracking status appearing two days behind the actual progress of the shipment. This lack of real-time tracking information can be frustrating for customers who are eager to know the whereabouts of their packages. It also hampers transparency and communication between the dropshipper and their customers. 5. Unprofessional Personal Agents: Assigned personal agents, such as John in this case, have displayed unprofessional behavior and have disregarded customer priorities regarding shipping time. When customers raise concerns about delays or tracking issues, support agents tend to make excuses rather than providing satisfactory resolutions. Instead of addressing the problem promptly, they often promise to check and urge their team, leaving customers feeling unheard and dissatisfied. 6. Lack of Proactive Communication: The personal agents fail to inform customers proactively about important issues such as out-of-stock products, extended processing times, or unexpected charges. Customers are left in the dark and have to inquire themselves, leading to frustration and wasted time. Proactive communication is crucial for maintaining trust and ensuring a smooth customer experience. These cons highlight some significant areas where CJDropshipping falls short in providing a satisfactory service. Shipping delays, inventory management issues, additional fees, late tracking updates, unprofessional personal agents, and the lack of proactive communication can all contribute to customer dissatisfaction and potentially harm the reputation of dropshippers relying on CJDropshipping as their supplier.
