Poor Customer Service! / Hair Not as Advertised
Poor customer service, not understanding, not accommodating. Don’t argue with your customer especially when you are in the WRONG! Received wrong hair and they want to compensate me £5-&10. This is the worst hair I’ve ever come across it SHEDS EXCESSIVELY. Was a loyal customer I had been ordering with them for years. NEVER AGAIN! They have Lost a valuable loyal customer. Will be doing a more in depth review on YouTube.
