The Lectric experience has all been a joy!
Ordering was easy and when I assembled the bike, I seemed to be missing the battery key, even after looking through all the packing materials. I called Lectric, they had me mail a picture of lock to make sure they mailed me the right key. It was all easy and quick service. On top of that, I enjoy the bike a lot! Thanks, Dave
