I gave 5 stars for the help we received from Gino over the phone. He was very knowledgeable about how the SIM card functions and explained everything well. He made suggestions about data plans based on our specific circumstance and told us about how to get the most savings for texting etc. We haven't used the card yet so this 5 star review is only based on the great customer service that we received from Gino.
