My accounts were abruptly disabled by Take Profit Trader (TPT) due to standard software processing delays, which they weaponize as an aggressive technicality to freeze user accounts. Do not use trade copiers or execute quick position reversals on this platform. To make matters worse, when I posted a polite, factual question about this technical issue in a comment on their own official YouTube channel, they actively deleted it to bury the problem. When I appealed the account closures through official channels, support told me: "A violation occurs the second one account holds a net Long position while another account holds a net Short position in the same or correlated products." However, when using a trade copier, reversing a position requires the software to process a sequence over a few milliseconds. TPT explicitly states that reversing positions is allowed, yet if your copier experiences a second sequence lag, they will classify it as a rule breach and disable your accounts based on this automated metric. Furthermore, during a separate trade, my local internet connection briefly dropped while holding a position. The temporary network lag caused a minor sync delay on the copier, which TPT instantly flagged as a "counter position" hedging violation to disable the accounts. I pulled my raw Windows Event Logs and trade logs to provide full technical proof of force majeure—showing the exact millisecond timestamps of the hardware internet crash. This was literally a few seconds. The moment I submitted this hard technical proof, their customer support stopped responding to my emails entirely.
