Great customer service, product, and replacement
Hady M. was super helpful! I've really loved my Hexclad products and have recommended them to friends. I noticed a few nicks in the bottom of 5 qt pot, reached out with photos, and send me a replacement quickly after verifying I didn't misuse the item. Great customer service and would still recommend!
