Item received was slow and it has scratches on the bottle. It would be better if the bottle is in a better quality as the company portraying LUXURY perfume. What could be done is get a better quality of package and solid bottle. Maybe for subscribers, the next monthly perfume that come after, the company could just provide them with the refillable bottle inside without the case to save money on a better quality product. Just a thought. Wasn’t as exciting when I received the package. Hope things will improve in the future for a better and pleasant experience.
