When the money-back guarantee comes in handy.
I like the money-back guarantee when I purchase items I'm unsure will work for my household. I was very optimistic about the fountain because our dog refuses to drink out of a bowl! He has to go to the stream or little outdoor gurgling natural fountain. Needless to say, that is definitely a hassle at times. Unfortunately, he did not like it -- wouldn't go near it! We tried just the bowl without the fountain to get him used to it, but NO. That is not a criticism of the product. It worked just fine and I wish he were not so picky. Lastly, and definitely not least, the Customer Service Department was quick to respond, agreeable, polite, etc -- and honored my situation.
