Bought a shark toy that proved to be dangerous, after destroying the toy as told by zuru and applying for recall I was sent a voucher for less than the sharks value that can only be used to buy either a playstation, Xbox or supercheap voucher which I had to spend extra money to claim either, zuru didn't choose to send people with faulty sharks one of the new sharks they have made instead they made them have to spend more on something they don't want Zuru also said 'not my problem talk to the recall company' when I contacted them about this Will never buy zuru ever AGAIN
