Missing parts
I bought a tram, but a lot of parts from the first waggon were missing (16 pieces of one item and 16 pieces of another). I wrote it to your support on 22.04. with photo, but nothing happened. Then I wrote again on 05.05. The parts should be on their way, but haven't arrived yet (15.05.). I am very disappointed - I paid a lot of money and I can't continue building. Addition: The Letbricks team helped me with the problems. They sent spare parts and refunded the train. So I am satisfied with the actions the Letbricks team took.
