Don’t trust this company!
I have called over and over to customer service of my order. I placed the order April 25th. On May 3rd over $650 was deducted from my bank account. I called customer service and was told for the 2nd time “You will get your order 7 to 10 days once it is processed “. I asked why do I not have a receipt for my order since the money was taken from my account? Why don’t I have a tracking number? I was told I would get an email within an hour. THAT EMAIL NEVER CAME! I called customer service today because I’ve gotten two emails asking to rate about my order. As IF I got my pool pump. Today customer service admitted they saw nothing about my order or any tracking info. I asked to cancel and refund my order. I was again told I would receive an email about the cancellation within an hour. It’s now been six hours and I don’t have an email that my order was canceled and I will get my refund. I am EXTREMELY disappointed!
