I wish I would have read these reviews. Yep. I got scammed as well. Completely the same story. $40 dress. Fits poorly, print is oddly pixelated-not as pictured. Asked to return. They said it would be too expensive to return. Then offered my $4 refund. Ha! Live and learn. Please learn from my mistake. Do not buy from this company.
