system error and i had to pay more
tried to place my order but there was an error on the website when I select my payment option. Error told me to wait and i tried to submit my order again but my promo code had expired and i had to use to different code at a lower discount. why do i have to pay more because of your system issue? there is no way for me to escalate this and can't find anyone to help. I'm in urgent need of the insurance hence went ahead anyway. However i will think twice staying with FWD travel insurance for my next trip after this unpleasant incident.
