Products were not a match for me but excellent customer service!
I was disappointed in the lip stain. It left my skin tingling and tasted really awful. The colours also weren't great & didn't last as long as I'd hoped. I was also initially disappointed in the colour changing foundation, as it appeared quite patchy on my skin, and clung to the finer lines. I have experimented a bit since I first tried it, and have found it's a bit better if I blend with a damp blender rather than using a brush. Still not 100% happy but it's more usable now. However, I have to say, the customer service was excellent! When I first contacted them, I was dubious having read the finer print of the returns policy. Genrev was quick to respond and offered a couple of options. We ended up being able to satisfactorily resolve the issues really quickly and easily. I would recommend giving the products a go if you're curious - they do seem to work for many. But if you have any issues, my experience of their customer service was unexpectedly good!
