I initially thought the experience with the bot was positive but after spending a lot of time we accomplished very little. I was never able to successfully use the Internet, and the bot explained I did not have phone call usage with what I purchased, which I did not realize. So I spent an extra $17 and then an extra $39 to add a few minutes to help me straighten out my travel plans because we were stranded in England. The phone calls would not go through and I still could not use the Internet so I had to contact my phone carrier Verizon and use their plan. The experience with Airalo as a product is very sorely lacking. It didn’t explain the deficiencies in what I was buying and now I had to add telephone minutes at a dollar a minute. I wound up having to use my Verizon SIM card- I should have done this from the start and I would have done better than this without the hassle. Very disappointing. The bot kept trying to get the problem resolved by having me change settings all through my phone, and it never did solve the problem.
