Poor returns process - still waiting for my refund
I purchased an item from this company on 31/10/25 and needed to return it. The return was approved, and I sent the item back immediately. I have proof of postage, including the date and tracking/reference number. Despite this, the company is claiming they haven’t received my return and I have not been issued a refund. I’ve contacted them with the evidence but haven’t been given a clear solution. After checking Trustpilot, I noticed many other customers reporting similar issues, which makes me feel even more concerned about how returns are being handled. I’m now having to raise the issue through PayPal Buyer Protection to try and get my money back. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company, especially if you think you may need to return an item.
