This site is a scam
This site is a scam. I ordered a e-longboard. They claim shipping will be done in "European Union: 5-10 Days". After over 2 Weeks, I check my account. I see a tracking Code from DHL but DHL does not know the tracking number. I requested a refund by mail, and they asked me about the reason. I answer that request very politely, and they say they will refund after their holidays. But nothing happens. I write more emails asking about the status of my order. "Let me check" is the answer. Then silence again. I asked for a refund four times. I get no response or just some short comment like the one above, to buy more time. UPDATE!!! Their comment is a blatent lie! They never sent anything - the tracking code from DHL was invalid from the start and never changed status. Second my address is 100% correct. I even did not use German umlauts to reduce confusion. And I can proove that. Third: They never stated that they already shipped my order in any mail I got from them. They will never be able to proove that they shipped anything.
