Website is a lie …
It’s been over a month and my claim still hasn’t been finalized. This is not a complex case delta cancelled the flight and it was Deltas fault not weather. I submitted documentation showing that from delta. I had put all my flight info into the Faye app so the could track it. When I made claim the app launched multiple cases with my family instead of just one claim. The chat person said that was reason for delay and I said I did not ask for multiple claims. The website brags about quick payouts for cancelled or delayed flights over 3 hours and this had been a nightmare. The actual cancelled flight was less stressful than using this travel insurance company. I would look elsewhere customer service just keeps saying sorry it’s busy season? Flights are cancelled all the time all year like stop giving excuses
