Dreadful company. Why did I fall for it?
In anticipation, look at the pic of the item... there are at least three different 'gadgets'. Like some of the others like this, the idea is, 'If you have diabetes, this gadget will take your pulse!' Useless. I complained twice, was advised to accept a 20% refund in settlement... If I required a full refund, I would be liable to pay return shipping. Avoid at all costs.
