Unable to send product post payment
1. 30th April : Bought a top online on fabindia site 2. 6th May: Asked for status as I did not get the product. 3. 7th May: I was informed that my Order # is being prepared for shipping (this could take around 5 days at our end). And that post dispatch, shipment(s) will be delivered within 4-6 business days depending upon zip code. I asked about delay: Written response by Puneet was: This is to inform that your Order was placed on 3/5/23 and currently it is being prepared for dispatch which could take around 5 days at our end.-Order was placed on 30th April by me On the call response by Krishnendu : Your system got messed up and the order was never prepared for shipping. 4. 22nd May: I waited for 10 days - and then called your number and asked for status. I was told now they are cancelling as the product is damaged. Points for FabIndia: 1. No one informed about delay? 2. Order cancelled only when I asked about the status of the order on 22nd May 3. I got 2 different responses -written and over phone 4. FabIndia is unable to handle orders, so why sell? (This is not the first time) 5. Customer support at FabIndia is to harass customers and not support
