I never used their service, their own records showed that I had watched less than a minute of a single video, which I didn't find any more helpful than anything on YouTube where I have premium anyway.i got billed 180 USD that I didn't even remember agreeing to. I begged for a refund given I haven't even used their service and that the impact on me financially at this time is severe. They refused and fought every step to extract their money.
