Be Careful With Their Return Policy
This was one of the worst return experiences I’ve ever had. Their return policy only gives you a tiny 5-day window, and the instructions for how to return the item were unclear. I had to send email after email just to figure out what to do — it took almost 7 days of back-and-forth communication for something that should have been simple. When I finally returned the costume (only tried on once and packed exactly as it arrived), they claimed it was “defective” and used that to deduct money from my refund. It really feels like a way to avoid giving full refunds. The whole process was frustrating, slow, and not customer-friendly at all. I won’t be buying from them again, and I recommend other customers be very careful with their return policies.
