REFUNDABLE TICKET IS A SCAM!
the refundable ticket is actually NOT REFUNDABLE. I tried to call customer support to complain as my refund was rejected after filling up the refund form. I called the customer service, but nobody was there to assist. And I was trying to send an email to them, but the email was rejected due to an incorrect email address. FULL SCAM! Totally untrustworthy.
