Impeccable customer service
Bought an artisan Italian bag for my wife's birthday. Thankfully delivery was prompt as item delivered was wrong design. Contacted customer service which was superb as resolution was swift. Right item made it in time for her birthday! Overall a trusted platform for item quality and impeccable customer service.
