Disappointing product and customer service
I purchased the Creatine with Leucine and Carnitine from Native Path, and unfortunately I’ve been very disappointed. The product has an extremely strong fishy smell — even when diluted in water, the odor is overwhelming and hard to tolerate. What’s worse is that when I reached out to customer service about this issue, they didn’t take it seriously and offered no real solution. I expected at least an explanation or some kind of resolution, but I got neither. I can’t recommend this product until the smell issue is addressed and the company improves how it handles customer complaints.
