NEVER AGAIN Agoda!!! Absolutely useless. I booked a hotel in Pattaya, Thailand, through Agoda, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that the room was already gone!!! Agoda simply fails to transmit the booking details in time! This is completely unacceptable! I’d rather use Booking.com instead.
