Beautiful dresses but check sizes carefully
I am extremely frustrated because their sizes have mislead me to purchase dresses from them and now they do not fit me. They have stopped emailing me back regarding returns which btw is exactly what the reviews are saying! They expect- me the customer- to use a courier to return items at my expense for a refund. The audacity! Now I am not getting a single reply from them. This is really frustrating and Clearpay keep referring me to the company for resolution. I thought online shopping is far secure than this. Anyone has any input please let me know. I am super annoyed with this company and warn others to avoid. Thanks 30th June- Sunfere have since given me partial refund and let me keep the dresses although they do not fit me. The dresses are truly very beautiful and customer service is definitely present but I think as a new company they are working out the most efficient way to resolve customer expectations and demands. In my frustration and disappointment I gave them negative feedback but I can see they do actively want to address issues and help their customers. Just make sure you check your measurements before making a purchase. The dresses are beautiful but the sizing can be tricky due to where it is being tailored.
