Excellent customer service
I purchased this software to recover some archived contact files from my computer which I accidentally permanently deleted. The software seemed to work as advertised and recovered a huge number of files. However, I was unable to find my files because I could not identify the location and types of the files I was looking for so it was a bit like looking for a needle in a haystack. I would say this software is not so great for the layman. That said, I contacted the company’s support centre by email and had a very positive experience. Echo Zhou was very interested in understanding my problem and showed me where to find certain files that would help them to understand the problems I encountered. In exchange for this information they provided me with a full refund which I received today. Though disappointed I could not recover my files, I was pleased that this company stands behind its product.
