My time at PFC exceeded my expectations!
My time at PFC exceeded my expectations. Great fitness classes with trainers who really know their stuff. The culinary team was fantastic and I so enjoyed the cooking classes. I thought I knew a lot about Nutrician but I learned so much from the dietary team. I really enjoyed the trip to the grocery store. It was very eye-opening on what to look for on labels and how to make better choices when it comes to food. I loved meeting people from all over the country who were there to get fit and feel better. It was a true team spirit.
