The wording for their promotion clearly…
The wording for their promotion clearly stated that the price was for 3 months. It was not. When I pointed this out and asked for a refund (within hours of placing my order) I was told they would work to fix their wording and issue my refund. I was told it would take 3-5 business days. I followed up a couple off times because my bank did not see anything pending. So far, no refund has been issued. When I have asked for proof that they sent my refund, they have sent me my original receipt.
