Unauthorised transactions
Scam I only purchased one program, but my account was charged multiple times without my authorization. When I contacted them and asked for a refund, they refused, saying they do not issue refunds after 30 days. However, that completely ignores the fact that the charges were taken from my account without my consent. I repeatedly asked why they had withdrawn money from my account without my permission, but they never provided a clear or satisfactory explanation. To make matters worse, the content they sell is AI-generated and consists of information that is widely available online for free.
