Expect your work to not be saved…
I just started using this service and so far, I am very disappointed. Halfway into the presentation I was working on, the server crashed and did not save any of my work. This was disappointing because my presentation must be prepared by Friday. Edit: Although my work was not saved and I have to start over from scratch, the PitktoChart team did reach out to me later on and offered me 30 free days of their PRO service for free. They really do know how to professional come up with a solution to frustrated customer. My initial rating was a one, but now it is a three due to their kindness and understanding.
