Bad customer service/company policies regarding cancellation and returns
The stuff they send is nothing special, could find stuff that goes together better at the mall or online. Some of the stuff was good, but I also got a lot of things that I will never use or are just basic stuff like plain tshirts or boxers. I’d rather get a cool hat or beanie over stuff like that. My biggest issue with them is that they will not cancel your subscription before a box ships if you were already charged as “a stylist has already started working on your box”. Talked with multiple agents asking for a refund or if I could return it after i got it since I told them I didn’t want it. They won’t do anything to help you out, so I’ll never give them another penny. Complete money grab at that point. If you’re really trying to upgrade your style and need help I’d recommend taking a friend along shopping for advice or even asking for help in the store over using their service.
