DO NOT BUY!! PRODUCTS CHEAP AND FALL APART!!!
I used to be a repeat customer with Treetopia Products, even purchasing of them in other places like eBay, Amazon, Walmart, lowest, wish, and so on but I will no longer be doing so since I was told basically I'm S.O.L. on a wreath I purchased, it may have been a few years ago but the wreath has literally only been used or put up 3x and now the needles on the rainbow wreath are completely falling off to the point the branches are going bald, no joke almost bald!! When I contacted company and politely said help, because it's a wreath the branches are not supposed to go bald almost, and or to a point my floor is completely covered in needles. And rep said all warranties were expired on the purchase due to the date of purchase. I in certain terms informed her that it's a wreath they are not supposed to go bald, and since she had no compassion for this situation, this is now the result. So like I said have a rotten day you shady company.
