UOB Digital Token is one of the worse
UOB Digital Token is one of the worse, I been calling their CS 4th each of them kept asking me to delete and download again, it doesn’t work after 12 hrs even using their TMRW website to apply for giro kept asking for old token, since they already ask customer to setup new digital kept showing token over & over again, I use other bank like DBS no problem at all can do it within mins, this UOB took weeks since 22 May’23 what a headache! Wake up UOB! Even their apps also so inconvenient to do payment via AXS, do once next transaction have to another 15mins a waste of consumer time! UOB with such a big name should get their internet developers to change the AXS mode not to delay others online who is in urgent need to make payments.
