I recently purchased men's shoes from Softsfeel, based on their website's claims that their shoes alleviate foot pain, are perfect for walking, and feature rubber soles. Unfortunately, none of these claims were true. The shoes arrived without a receipt or a confirmation email, making returns impossible. Contrary to their description, the soles are made of plastic and are extremely slippery. The shoe material is a flimsy mesh that offers no support. Additionally, there was no return address provided, and the packaging was a simple black plastic bag containing the shoes in a clear plastic bag. It's evident that these shoes were shipped from China. Overall, the product and service were highly disappointing and misleading.
