Issue fixed.
I recently purchased something from this website but the seller i purchased from was trying to offer me something different and tried to make me pay more for it. From that i ended stopping the transaction because i realized i was not going to get what i had purchased. I understand that is not the websites fault and i do not blame the website for this issue but the seller. However the reason i’m disappointed is because i have tried contacting this company for help on my refund through their website and email support. And i have not received a response nor a update to help me with my issue. Ended up getting contacted and received confirmation of my refund. Support took a little long but besides that i have no issues. They were helpful and were able to help me.
