The size was too small; quality poor, customer service, technology-wise broken
The size was too small, even though I bought a slightly larger size than I normally wear. Even so, had it fit I still would have sent it back, given its quality—or lack there of. Last, being left on hold for over two hours with the same broken records of music says a lot: none good. I would had, when I have bought leather goods from you, they have always been exceptional. Maybe the lesson is, to quote from the management classic, “In Search of Excellence,” stay close to the knitting—the knitting you are good at, that is.
