Careless Packaging and Terrible Service
Items were careless packed (the box was half empty) and filament and crushed the replacement parts I bought. When I reached out to support they wanted me to document and email each separate item and then stated that when returning them I needed to use the original packaging and make sure items were not damaged in transit or I could be charged. WHAT A DOUBLE STANDARD AND AN IMPOSSIBLE TASK! Bambu products and service used to be great but they really have declined!
