When you buy an Atomstack product expect LONG shipping times, poor communcation and little or no warranty adherence.
When you buy an Atomstack product, you can expect the following: 1. Very slow shipping times, I waited over one month for a shipment. 2. They will lie to about the delivery date 3. Poor support. If they answer you at all, theie answers have not been helpful at all. It was as it they did not know about the operation of their products. 4. If a part fails (my laser module on my X30 failed) they will put up obstacles and delays and do everything in their power not to send you a new part. 5. Confusing: there is an Atomstack.net and an Atomstack.com and I have no idea how they relate to one another. More importantly which provides product support and replacement parts.
