Wrong delivery time
Delivery time on the website approx. 5 days. So we ordered and it took a week for it to be shipped. According to the email, shipping now takes 3-4 weeks. Here you are being taken for a ride and only get excuses in response. Unfortunately there is no transparency towards the customer. Let's see if the laser actually arrives or if we have to get our money back. Addendum: requests for help are suddenly no longer being answered. No response received even after asking several times. Very poor customer service.
