Bad experience
Ordered one parcel via DPD unfortunately worst experience ever till now. The customer service is replying all the time with the same pre-formulated answers. No transparency. I have the feeling Logistics Provider and Sugargoo don't care. I paid a lot of money. I never give a Review but this one is not funny any more. Insurance should be paid out after maximum 45 days like other Agents do. I can not wait half a year and nobody is caring.
