Many bike ride options
Many bike ride options on the screen. The Peloton Bike is in my house and easy access. It has greatly improved my health and a life saver. I had a heart bypass last year and the peloton and swimming before my surgery saved me and the recovery has been equal. You can go hard or easy on Peloton. For me it’s about the time on the bike while accumulating miles and not a big focus on intensity. 933 miles since given the “green light” to get back on the Bike after surgery and as recorded on my Peloton app.
