The main goal seems to be keeping you subscribed. I was charged 39€ for an automatic renewal that I did not intend.
I cancelled immediately and contacted support several times, but only received automated or copy-paste replies. No refund was issued.
The subscription terms are not clear enough, and the customer support does not properly address real issues.

I purchased a 3-month subscription for 39 €. When the subscription period ended, another 39 € was automatically charged without my intention to renew.
I cancelled the subscription immediately and contacted support several times asking for a refund. The subscription was cancelled, but the money has still not been returned.
This experience is very disappointing. The automatic renewal is not clear enough, and customer support does not help to resolve the issue.
I hope the company will review my case and process the refund.
