I booked a flight with a layover both flights from Juneyao airlines. First flight got delayed so I landed 20min before the departure of the second flight. The crew didn’t do anything to even try to make it to the second flight. They gave as mediocre hotel where I was notified that I might share a room with stranger. Also the airline said they are not going to refund me for the prepaid expenses at the destination like hotels, attractions etc. Overall can’t recommend this airline.
