Definitely not 5 star
I booked a hotel with breakfast, but when I got to the hotel, I was told that I had to pay for breakfast. I was also charged a city tax, which was not mentioned by Agoda during the booking. The room wasn't as described and most things in the room were not working, like the fridge and air conditioning.
