Sales doesn't reply when in need of a replacement item
I loved the product but I got the wrong size, so I wrote to sales, they confirmed it was possible to get a change sending back what I've purchased but they never replied to me when asking for details on where to send the returning package, no replies in 10 days even if I send 4-5 messages. I am quite disappointed. :(
