Best customer service I have ever experienced
Had an issue with a laser purchased on Amazon well after the warranty period. I contacted the company explaining the issue (first email). I was asked to send a video showing the problem and to include my purchase details and shipping address. I made the video, added my information and sent it (second email). Received a response that a new laser was shipped out to me. So 2 emails in under 2 hours and I have a new unit being shipped out to me. I have never experienced this level of service from any company before, well done Huepar. Strongly recommend Huepar.
