I purchased the Thea Crossbody in brown over year ago. LOVED it, wore it every day, traveled all over - perfect hands free bag. Great weight, compartments were just right for my everyday travel needs. Part of the leather on the back became thin and the underlying membrane/support was starting to show through. I emailed Minooy, honestly not expecting much of anything, however, they responded within 24 hours, asked for photos and offered several options for replacement - all at no cost to me. True to their word, a replacement new Thea bag arrived today. Very impressive. A company that still knows what customer satisfaction stands for. Highly recommend this product.
