Broken promises.
First I called Baja and asked about an item and was told it was in stock so once I order it will ship out in a day or two. Because it was just a wired item and not the lights that take like 6 weeks to ship. So I ordered the item and it took over 8 days to ship to me. So here is the issue it took me three phone calls to Baja to get this product shipped to me the first person I talked to said they will look into it and then they would call me back, I heard nothing back, then I called again and got the same speech from the next person. This person did call me back and let me know what the issue was and why it was taking so long. Then it took another two days after that to get the item shipped out. Now it would not have been a big long issue and I would not be so upset if the first two persons would have followed through with what they told me, and if they would just tell me it was going to take 7 to 10 days to get the item to shipping. I understand there are things that happen in a business that is out of their control but just returning a phone call or following up with the customer goes a long way.
